Meet the Leadership Team

Angela Rosenburg, OTD, OTR/L

Founder
Occupational Therapist
Certified TimberNook Provider

Angela Rosenburg is the founder of Treeline Enrichment and a nationally certified occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families across Central Florida. As both a practicing clinician and the leader of Treeline, Angela is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, relationship-based care and innovative outdoor programs that help children thrive.

Her work is grounded in advanced training in sensory integration, child development, regulation, and outdoor therapeutic models. Angela has thoughtfully shaped Treeline to reflect the values she holds as both a therapist and a parent—where children are celebrated for who they are, play is purposeful, and meaningful progress unfolds in nature-rich environments. She works alongside a skilled and compassionate team who share her vision and uphold Treeline’s high standards across every program and service.

Angela continues to see clients part-time while mentoring the team, developing new initiatives, and steering Treeline’s growth with a focus on excellence, connection, and child-centered care. When not at Treeline, she’s at home in Lakeland with her husband and three children—most likely exploring outside, playing board games, or planning their next family adventure.

Meet the Occupational Therapy Team

Lorie Love, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist
Lorie has her Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and brings a diverse range of clinical experience spanning outpatient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and nature-based practice. She is dedicated to delivering client-centered services and has developed a play-based therapeutic program for neurodiverse children, as well as evidence-informed resources to support pediatric sleep challenges. Lorie is passionate about helping children build the skills they need to thrive, while equipping caregivers with practical, sustainable tools for long-term growth and wellness. She believes strongly in the power of connection—whether to caregivers, communities, or the natural world—and embraces outdoor, play-based therapy as a powerful avenue for meaningful exploration and hands-on learning. Outside of her professional work, Lorie enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She finds joy in traveling, discovering new eateries, visiting botanical gardens, exploring the arts, reading, and writing.

Victoria You, OTD, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Victoria began her career after receiving her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in 2021, and has since been involved in both pediatric home health and schools.  Additionally, she has been closely involved with a nonprofit that uses the arts to create more effective learning environments for neurodiverse students. She is passionate about the outdoors, overall well-being, child-led play, and getting creative, and enjoys the challenge of incorporating all of these elements into therapeutic sessions. While society is increasingly moving towards the indoors and simulated experiences on screens, she wants to play a part in preserving what she finds invaluable: time in nature. Victoria believes that nature provides a rich multisensory experience that is ever changing, and always meeting the “just-right challenge” for children and adults alike. In her own time, Victoria loves to travel, have game nights, cook, bake, play piano, paint, read, and go on long walks with her husband and baby.

Meet the Forest Play Team

Carolyn Krentz

Certified TimberNook Provider

Carolyn grew up along the Jersey Shore, where she spent her childhood outdoors, riding her bike, exploring forests, playing in creeks, and observing various insects. She pursued her higher education at Florida Institute of Technology, earning Bachelor’s degrees in Ecology and Marine Biology, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Education. After achieving her aspiration to work at SeaWorld, she continued her career in both informal and formal education before joining Treeline in 2025. Carolyn is enthusiastic about returning to her passion for outdoor engagement with children, providing them with opportunities to experience similar childhood joys to her own. In her leisure time, she enjoys visiting the beach, riding roller coasters, and volunteering at Give Kids the World Village with her husband and teenage daughter.

Ryan Rosenburg, BA

Technical Support
Certified TimberNook Provider

Ryan is a steadfast supporter of Treeline’s mission and the go-to problem solver behind our digital systems. From creating user-friendly forms to managing our email systems and website, Ryan helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so parents can easily connect, register, and stay informed.

A Florida native with a degree from Florida Southern College and a career in Information Technology, Ryan brings creative thinking and technical expertise to our team. He completed TimberNook provider training alongside Angela in 2018 and is especially passionate about helping tweens and teens reconnect with nature, hold onto childhood a little longer, and experience the freedom and joy of play—even after dark.

While he primarily supports Treeline’s tech and systems, you’ll occasionally find Ryan leading or volunteering during evening and school break programs … especially those that give “big kids” a chance to build friendships, confidence, and memories outdoors.
